On Sunday November 20th I was looking for a downloadable copy of a software title. So I went to Google and found Fast Downloads. The price was great $64.99 so I took a chance and went ahead with the purchase. I have Road Runner Cable Modem with 5mbps and I used my MasterCard. I think it took about 5 hours but I was able to Downloads the software with no problem. The next day Monday November 21st I got an email from Fast Downloads with the Product Key. I installed the OS and entered the Product Key and everything worked great! I was & am very satisfied with the product & the way it was delivered to me & will buy from Fast Downloads again. I was able to Downloads the program and it seems to work fine with a fast test. I'll know more as I use it some, but it does seem to do what I need. This web site is set up so that it is very easy to navigate through the pages, & the Downloads are fully explained so you know exactly what you are purchasing plus there's an "offline aid link" to aid you with your purchases if the need does arise where you need questions answered. You really can't go wrong when making a purchase with this company off of this web site. All sites should be layed out like this one, it would save several of headaches when shopping online.

Installation Issue Resolved!

Please try temporarily disabling any anti virus or spyware software and see if that helps. Also please make sure that when you go to the start menu you see an Icon for Turbo Tax Deluxe 2004. We tested it on a Win XP system here and we choose to save it and then run it & it downloaded, self extracted & began installation without any problems. It put an icon on the desktop & in the start menue. If you continue to have problems please provide more details of the issue you are having.
