We offer pickup & drop off Laptop Troubleshoot Rebuild for personal & businesses at a flat rate price of just $75 for all labor & services, the only time you will pay more is if you need hardware or want to upgrade with no surprise costs or fees. We charge $35 to come out up to 30 miles from our location, we do make exceptions beyond 30 miles but an additional Rebuild fee applies depending on the additional mileage.  & of course if you drop off there is no pickup or drop off fee.

When dropping off the Laptop for Troubleshoot or Rebuild we have a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week pickup & drop off area open to the public.  To drop your Laptop off, simply fill out an invoice & put a copy in the drop off box with the Laptop.  The Rebuild will begin that day with an update following the next day via phone.  Please try to provide details of what you would like to have done to expedite services.  If your Laptop requires hardware or you want to upgrade we will call you & inform you of prices & options.  When work is complete we will call you & you can arrange pickup or pay over the phone with a credit card & pickup anytime.  If your Laptop was picked up you can choose to have it dropped off as part of the $35 pickup fee.  If you dropped off your Laptop & would like to have it dropped off & setup the $35 fee would apply.

Your private data and personal information is of our highest importance, which is why we keep your data intact & your personal information secure. Our technician will ask you a few questions to make sure everything is the way you want it, giving you a wide variety of options. If your Laptop needs to be reloaded your data will be saved on a secure drive & restored afterwards. Also your personal information stays personal such as passwords, business documents, pictures & other related documents.
