SECURITY
All orders are reviewed by our Anti Fraud team that is looking for a variety of fraudulent patterns, any order that are deemed fraudulent will
automatically be canceled without notice & may be prosecuted by authorities.
Any order that is to be shipped must have a valid phone number or it may be cancelled.
We have the right to cancel any order for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All returns & cancellations will be subjected to a 15 % restocking fee of total cost minus shipping due to inventory control. (Shipping & Return Shipping is non refundable)
Any item may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase subject to Fast Downloads approval.
All hardware items must be returned to Fast Downloads within 90 days of purchase date.
All merchandise that is damaged or defective must be returned within 10 business days in order for replacement or refund.
All items marked as special order items are non refundable & non returnable due to availablity, please contact the manufacturer for Troubleshoot or replacement.
All refused, undeliverable, or returns without an RMA number will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee of total cost minus shipping.
In order to return or exchange an item you must email or call to request an RMA Number at 1-855-463-6372
All items returned without original invoice & an RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged
We will only authorize a return if the item is been determined either defective or damaged.
Refunds on downloadable software will only be issued if we are provided with documentation that you have purchased the software title from another authorized reseller.
WARRANTY
All hardware items carry a 90 day warranty, warranty is void if hardware has been tampered with in any way.
Extended warranty may be offered seperately from Fast Downloads, please contact the manufacturer for additional details
Fast Downloads will offer unlimited technical support with downloading & installing any purchased Downloads for a period up to 1 year from date of purchase.
Software & Support Terms
(In order to comply with licensing agreements you must meet with 1 or more of the following terms:)
* Own any current or previous version of the software
* Had a previous version of the software installed
* Had or lost original software CD or Downloads instructions
* Had or lost registration information or need to reinstall or upgrade your software
* Plan on purchasing the full retail version within 30 days
* Qualify for Academic Licensing. (Students, Teachers, & Affiliates)
* Qualify for State/Government Licensing (state & or federal)
* Qualify for International Licensing (any country outside of USA)
All software is open licensed & registered under Fast Downloads Co.
Fast Downloads Co. is an Authorized Reseller or Affiliate of majority manufacturers Downloads listed on our site.
If you do not meet any of these requirements you may be breaching licensing agreements with respected copyright holders.
Refunds on downloadable software will only be issued if we are provided with documentation that you have purchased the software title from another authorized reseller.
As we are only offering the software as data restoration, backup, & upgrades to the existing product.
By purchasing software or support Fast Downloads Co. & Associates are not held responsible for any misuse, neglect, or breach of any licensing agreements.
A license is a legal agreement between the end user & the manufacturer & the end user is subject to those terms.
Fast Downloads does not enforce any licensing agreements, end users are responsible to meet any licensing agreements through manufacturer.
All software titles are full versions & can be used as upgrades unless otherwise stated.
The end user is responsible for following all licensing agreements & following all applicable copyright laws. All members are subject to a one time yearly $4.99 membership fee to cover support services rendered.
All International Orders that are shipped will be responsable for customs fees, if fedex is unable to collect the customs appon delivery your credit card will be charged.
Hardware Terms
All items under 2lbs will automatically be shipped first class or priority mail, items over 2lbs will be shipped FedEx.
All orders may take up to 1-5 business days processing time on top of estimated shipping time due to availablity.
Pictures are only for illustration purposes & should not be used for identification due to packaging.
Oem & refurbished hardware items may not include manuals or software for the item & maybe in alternate packaging
Some items may be missing UPC codes or serial numbers due to reseller rebates & special promotions.
Some Downloads may be substituted by us or our distributor for the closest item available or newer model, also some items may be refurbished or recertified

Downloadable software: To copy data (usually an entire file) from a main source to a peripheral device. The term is often used to describe the process of copying a file from an online Rebuild or bulletin board Rebuild (BBS) to ones own Laptop. Downloading can also refer to copying a file from a network file server to a Laptop on the network.
Sofware:Laptop programs instructions that make hardware work. Two main types of software are system software (operating systems), which control the workings of the Laptop, & applications, such as word processing programs, spreadsheets, & databases.
Refurbished/Recertifed:In computer technology, refurbished refers to "old" or used Laptop equipment that has been restored to like-new working condition &/or appearance or Laptop devices that have been sent back to the factory to fix a flaw. The term typically refers to the hardware components of a Laptop that have been either replaced with similar components or updated with newer technology than the device originally came with.
License:A contract that grants a party explicit rights to use intellectual property.
OEM:Short for original equipment manufacturer, which is a misleading term for a company that has a special relationship with Laptop producers. OEMs buy computers in bulk & customize them for a particular application. They then sell the customized Laptop under their own name. The term is really a misnomer because OEMs are not the original manufacturers they are the customizers. |
